Preferential Treatment in Land |
| 1.Foreign
investor may get land use right pursuand to law and engage in
masses of land development. The land use time limit is 60 years
for agrculture use ;70 years for residence use ;50 years for industry
use ;40years for commerce and service use .After the contract
has expired, foreign investor may apply for to prolong the use
time limit under law pocess. |
| 2.The
land used in these items of infrustruction construction and social
public welfare invesed by foreigner can be appropriated. |
| 3.The
land used by product-exported or technique-advanced productive
enterprise will be given 60 percent preference of land use right
consignation charge in accordance with its standard price enforced
by Lanzhou Municipal Goverment at that year. |
| 4.The
land, used in commerce, finance,tourist and other productive industrial
items not including in the above items , will be given 40 percent
preferece of land use right consignation charge according to its
standard price enforced by Lanzhou Municipal Government at that
year. |

5.For these items of which foreign investment enterprise annex
state-owned and collective enterprise, the land use right consigation
charge can be executed according to the above 3rd and 4th provision
of article Άσ. |

6.For the enterprise which has gotten land use right by way of
appropriation or transference, the land shall be regained by the
land authority if the enterpris e has no ability to construction
in the period of two years. Foreign investment enterprise shall
be given priority in the land use under the prerequisite of no
chargeing the land use nuture. |

7. For the encouraged items invested by foreigner with the total
investment of over 5 million us dollar, the land use consignation
charge can be paid by instalments t hrough government's approval.

| 8.
The land of which foreign investment enterprise has gotten the
favoured land price can be transtered, rent and mortgaged through
the consent of Lanzhou Municipal Government. |
| 9.The
enterprise, which develop barre mountains and waste land in order
to engage in agriculture,forestry, animal husbandry and fishery
, shall be exempt from the land use right consignation charge. |
