Preferential Treatment In Fees |
| 1.
Foreign investment enterprise set up in Lanzhou shall be given
a half reduction of urban infrustruction auxiliary fee, urban
volume growth fee and civil air defence construction fee with
less 7000 sqare meters. For product-exported and technique-advanced
enterprise as well as urban infrastruction construction item and
raw materials production enterprise shall be exempt from urban
infrastruction auxiliary fee. |
| 2.
These fees for use of water, electricity, heating, raw materials,
carring of goods and communication necessary facilities paid by
foreign investment enterprise shall be treated as the same as
that paid by local state-owned enterprise; what' s more ,foreign
investment enterprise shall enjoy priority to using them. |
| 3.
Foreign investment enterprise can buy either office articles or
daily use articles (including automobile and motor)in and out
of China beyond restriction of the Social Groups Purchasing Ability
and they are exempt from local extra fee. |
